You Agree That:
- You own the intellectual property of all materials submitted tro us to use create your website or that you've got a written permission authorizing you to use those materials from the original owner.
- To pay a 40% non-refundable fee after the contract is agreed; this covers the cost of Domain name and Hosting. The balance of 60% will be paid after the hosting and test-running of your website. You are expected to pay the balance within the first month of hosting and test-running your site. A surcharge of 5% of the total sum per month becomes applicable from the 2nd month of hosting your site.
- Give Peeneto the right to design and manage your Website or Apps. Peeneto manages all Websites done by the organization. We don't give out or transfer our sites to others to avoid compromise of our hosting servers
- Submit all the images and text files that will be used on your Website in Electronic form before the start date of creating your Website. This also includes your logo if you have one.
